Stretch Therapy
Performed One-on-One with a trained specialist, assisted stretch therapy is often used to enhance recovery, alleviate muscle imbalances, and maintain overall body health. The Stretch Therapist assists by gently moving your body into deeper stretches, helping to improve flexibility, range of motion, and muscle relaxation.
Osteopathy
A holistic approach that focuses on the treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, with an emphasis on the body's ability to heal itself. Manual Osteopaths use techniques, such as stretching, massage, and joint mobilization, to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore balance to the body's structure and function.
The core principle of osteopathy is that the body's structure (bones, muscles, ligaments) and function (how these parts work together) are interconnected, and issues in one area can affect overall health. Manual Osteopaths often treat conditions like back pain, joint problems, sports injuries, and tension, but they also consider the impact of lifestyle, posture, and stress on the body.

FST
FST (Fascia Stretch Therapy) is a type of manual therapy designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall mobility by targeting the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs.
Breathwork
Breathing techniques that are used to improve mental, physical, and emotional well-being. It involves intentionally controlling the breath to influence the body's nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance focus, relaxation, and energy levels. Breathwork practices can range from deep, slow breathing exercises aimed at calming the mind to more intense techniques that energize the body or release emotional tension.
Common breathwork methods include diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, and holotropic breathwork, each with its specific benefits.
Breathwork can be used for stress reduction, anxiety relief, improved concentration, increased vitality, and even as part of trauma healing.
Classes
Our classes offer intimate settings with structured group sessions designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle function through guided stretching techniques, with a strong focus on body alignment. In these classes, participants typically work on various muscle groups with the assistance of a trained instructor or therapist. The instructor leads participants through a series of gentle, controlled stretches, often incorporating both active and passive techniques to help deepen the stretches and improve range of motion.
Stretch therapy classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner looking to improve mobility or an athlete wanting to enhance performance. They can be especially helpful for those dealing with chronic tension, postural issues, injury recovery or everyday aches & pains.
