A gentle and nurturing practice with long holds in each pose which will allow for a deep surrender and release, combined with the healing energy of hands on Reiki (universal healing energy). Props are used to support and open the channels of the body and poses are held anywhere from 3-10 minutes.

Stretch can be considered a form of meditation, or a practice that leads our bodies into a state of meditation. In this class we guide our bodies through a mindful and peaceful stretch opening our hearts to a calming meditation allowing space for PME* clarity.

This practice, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep
meditation whilst the body lays comfortably on the floor,
using a variety of techniques—including guided
imagery, body scanning and awareness of breath to aid in
a deep relaxation while still maintaining consciousness.
Anyone of any level, desire or age can experience this practice.
This class cultivates multiple levels of well-being,
bringing peace to oneself, while integrating sound
healing using the crystal bowls.

Melting into our foam rollers
immediately alleviates accumulated stress,
tension, inflammation and cellulite stored
within the body. Integration of stretch and foam rolling
increases blood flow, unravelling the connective
tissue also known as, fascia. Through self-myofascial
release we create more space amongst our
muscles , ligaments, tendons and joint range of motion.
